3 medical brothers and Push the Rock

I happend to recall one story which I heard long time ago, it said Once upon a time there were three brothers, all of them were doctors. The big brother had the greatest medical curing ability, he could found out someone would potentially get the illness before they get; then he would either talk to the potential patient or do some other normal things with the patient to prevent him/her from getting the illness. The second brother was not as good as the big brother, he could only diagnose the ailment when the patient begin to show some of the earliest symptoms ; then he cure them. The youngest brother have the least medical ability among the three, he could only cure patients when the ailment developed into very very severe condition. What was interesting about this witty story was, It turns out, the youngest brother was highly praised as a wonderful doctor, who could save patients from the brink of death; the second brother could barely maintain his clinic; while the big brother, who had the greatest medical ability, lived in poverty.

Most of us look for the very direct causation to certain things. Most of the things are not happend in one shot. The law enforcement always accuse the last responser for the entire responsibility. A metaphor would be as if you are standing right under a cliff and upon the cliff there is a huge rock, and everybody push a little bit of the rock; then, oops, I pushs the last push and it falls and kills you. It wasn't only my fault! the big brother would tell the first one who pushs the rock to stop, or rather just tell you down the cliff to leave that place; the second brother would found the rock might fall and kill you when he saw the rock was moving out of the cliff, then he stops it; the youngest brother saw me, and use all the law enforcement he could ever use, either leating me or throwing me tear gas, to stop me from pushing the last push. then end of the story. What do you think?
